As an Actuarial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in conducting complex risk analyses, financial forecasting, and providing insights for our clients in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities
• Perform actuarial analysis and modeling to assess risk and predict financial outcomes.
• Analyze data and interpret trends to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to support business operations.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in actuarial science.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize risk management strategies.
• Provide support and guidance to junior members of the actuarial team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Actuarial Analyst in the non-life insurance space.
• Strong knowledge of actuarial concepts, methodologies, and modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in actuarial software and tools, such as Excel, SAS, or R.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
