We are urgently looking for a Branch Admin Coordinator in Blackheath, Cape Town for permanent positions Grade 12 Certificate or NQF equivalent Relevant accounting tertiary qualification 3-5 Years experience in same or similar position and manufacturing environment JDE knowledge Computer literate (MS office suite) Accounts Administration and Creditors 1.
Responsible for the control of all documents prior to month end and ensuring that all information is captured on a daily basis and up to date. 2. Preparation and submission of monthly reports, reconciliations and analysis of variances to management and Head Office monthly.
3. Personally check all transactions on JDE to ensure they are correct. 4. Identify and find solutions to problems (stock variances, cash sales, unallocated cash, management reports, incorrect cost allocations, etc.) by analysing JDE reports. 5. Perform full procurement of goods receipting function.
6. Ensure that debtors and creditors accounts are checked and correctly reconciled. 7. Ensure month end accounts and allocations are accurate and all relevant accruals and costs have been processed. 8. Controlling the capturing of Works Orders.
9. Check and maintain petty cash and ensure that all banking is completed. 10. Assist with monthly stock takes. 11. Assist with annual budget and assessment process. HR Administration and Compliance Reporting 1. Responsible for wage employee HR Administration, and liaising with payroll administrators.
2. Ensure correct employee details are captured on the payroll and controlling the capturing and timing of TDS hourly paid data for the payroll 3. Responsible for management and administration of wage employees benefits, including Provident Fund administration.
4. Handle all wage staff HR related queries 5. Do monthly HR reports. Office Management and General Administration 1. Plan, organize, implement and control the administration of the business. 2. Ensure all responsibilities and activities of the administration office are efficiently and effectively executed.
3. Ensure that high standards of service to clients, staff and management are consistently maintained. 4. Ensure that the administration staff are effectively managed, motivated and trained. 5. Responsible for good governance in all finance and administration process and activities.
6. Fulfil any other administrative duties, functions and instructions as delegated by the Operations Manager.
