Operations Support and Quality Control

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our client's team as an Operations Support and Quality Control professional.

In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting the overall operations of our client's organization and ensuring the highest level of quality control. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize processes, analyze data, and implement improvement initiatives.
Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
 •  Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the production of the company’s products
 •  Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
 •  Scheduling production and workers to provide the proper coverage
 •  Watching costs to ensure the production process stays within budget
 •  Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
 •  Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
 •  Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs
 •  Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes
 •  Ensure all raw materials meet specifications, are cost-efficient, and the supply is consistent
 •  Troubleshoot problems and direct continuous improvement across the site on all operational fronts
 •  Hands-on maintenance ability and be able to identify where the equipment is failing and be able to do basic maintenance. Setting up and running a preventative maintenance schedule

Requirements
 •  High school diploma or equivalent
 •  Degree/Diploma in Production/Supply Chain
 •  Minimum 5 years experience in operations support and quality control preferred
 •  Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 •  Excellent organizational and time management skills
 •  Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
 •  Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
 •  Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
 •  Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
 •  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
 •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
 •  Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
 •  Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
 •  Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
