RPO Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior Project Engineer to join our client, a leading renewable energy company. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of renewable energy projects.
Your role will involve working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design, planning, and execution of renewable energy projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop customized solutions
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
• Oversee and coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare project reports and present updates to stakeholders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in managing renewable energy projects
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Professional certifications or licenses related to renewable energy are a plus
