What you'll do
• You will report to the Senior Workforce Analytics Manager
• Collect and analyze data for leadership teams
• Identify patterns in data to proactively inform strategic decision making
• Support change management initiatives
• Design and deliver recurring workforce data analyses and talent dashboards that support business leaders in optimizing their talent practices
• You will be part of the 2024 Graduate Program which runs for 12 months
• You will be in the Centurion or Cape Town office for at least 3 days in a week
You should have

• BA or BS degree in Business Administration, MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Informatics and Information Sciences
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• South African Identification document
