As a Dispatch Clerk, you will play a vital role in the efficient and accurate dispatch of products to customers. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Responsibilities:
• Receive and process customer orders
• Pick and pack products for delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and stock control teams to prioritize orders
• Prepare and print shipping labels and documentation
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activities
• Communicate with drivers and couriers to arrange deliveries
