Senior Digital Marketing Communications Specialist

We are looking for the ultimate digital communications unicorn—someone who can create engaging content across multiple platforms and applications that will secure new clients for our award-winning customer experience company!
The candidate must have successful experience in creating a digital strategy (that gets the ideal client to buy), exceptional writing skills (both long and short form), SEO content writing skills and knowledge of communication for the B2B space.

Duties of the job include: Create, tailor, and adapt content to maximise SEO across all our owned platforms

SEO copywriting
LinkedIn Marketing (paid content/advertising)
Conceptualise and craft engaging and interesting content for our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram platforms.
Proposal writing (working within our templates while adapting the writing style so that it is nuanced and specific to the client)
Work alongside a creative design team to maximise communication impact
Create and Maintain Mailchimp campaigns
Conceptualise and Write copy for our monthly email newsletters
Create copy for regular client communication
Copy editing and proofing

The ideal candidate is someone who has a knack for taking comprehensive customer experience (CX) concepts and distilling them into simple, short, and interesting messages that our current and prospective clients would want to read (think edutainment meets Daily Maverick-type copy).
We need this person to have a solid understanding of the B2B space as well as in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices for copy that is woven throughout the content. LinkedIn is a big part of comms strategy, so we will only consider applicants with experience using LinkedIn as a platform to maximise lead generation.

Lastly, we are looking for an ‘ideas’ person with empathy, a can-do attitude, and a passion for the CX industry.
A background in PR or journalism is a major plus!
The position is work-from-work at our warm and inviting office in the lush southern burbs of Kenilworth. We know how to work hard, but we are a fun-loving bunch who don’t like to take ourselves too seriously.
