RPO Recruitment's client, a leading food manufacturing company in the Western Cape, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join their team. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of the food manufacturing process.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards, implement quality control processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
 •  Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
 •  Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards and regulations
 •  Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
 •  Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and patterns
 •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
 •  Lead and manage the quality assurance team
 •  Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality requirements

Requirements
 •  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science or Quality Management
 •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the food manufacturing industry
 •  Strong knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and standards
 •  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 •  Strong leadership and communication skills
 •  Ability to work well in a team environment
