Food and Beverage Manager

Duties:

Develop menus and ensure that food quality and taste is of the highest standard
Meet with clients to discuss their menu for special events, conferences and weddings
Plan and direct food preparations in kitchen
Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food supplies for the kitchen, as well as beverages for the bar
Monitor and control revenues, expenses and stock
Hiring, training, and managing kitchen and restaurant staff
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Ensure that the kitchen, restaurant and other designated areas comply with the Hotel’s standard of hygiene and cleanness
Interact with Hotel guests to receive valuable feedback
Assist with the marketing of the restaurant

Minimum Requirements:

At least 3 – 5 years’ experience as a F & B Manager
Experience in the development of menu’s
Experience in drafting budgets and doing costing for food and bar items
Kitchen and Bar experience
Marketing experience
Managerial and supervisory experience
Meticulous in planning
People’s person who loves to interact with clients and guests
Must be able to work shifts according to the working roster
