Technical Delivery Lead

This role is responsible for owning end-to-end technical delivery across multiple squads, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes. You will coordinate planning across releases, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Operations.The focus is on delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions while maintaining strong governance and delivery discipline.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution—translating ambiguity into structured plans, enabling teams to perform, and ensuring delivery meets both functional and non-functional requirements. The environment is fast-paced, complex, and highly collaborative, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement practices.

What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple squads and workstreams
- Drive planning across releases, including scope, dependencies, risks, and capacity
- Facilitate cross-team alignment and delivery rituals
- Ensure delivery meets functional, security, and regulatory requirements
- Establish and track delivery metrics such as throughput, predictability, and quality
- Coordinate release management and deployment readiness
- Manage stakeholders and ensure clear, consistent communication
- Drive continuous improvement and engineering best practices
- 6+ years’ experience in software delivery leadership or technical programme management
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and SDLC practices
- Proven ability to manage multi-team dependencies and complex delivery environments
- Experience with CI/CD, release management, and production support models
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
- Advantageous: experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments
- Consistent, predictable delivery across multiple teams

- Clear visibility of delivery progress, risks, and outcomes
