Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff across sales, service, and administration.
• Drive sales growth, business development, and client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide reporting and insights to support business strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1015 years management experience, preferably in industrial equipment sales or service.
• Proven leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
• Excellent communication and team development capabilities.
• Technical knowledge of industrial equipment is an advantage.
