Junior Graphic Designer

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 12 years experience in graphic design or a similar role (retail experience advantageous).
• Portfolio of previous design work
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Canva or similar design platforms
• Video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or similar)
• Basic understanding of website content management and updates.
• Knowledge of AI design tools and creative technologies.
• Strong layout, typography, and branding skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop marketing material including:
• Posters
• Flyers
• Catalogues and booklets
• In-store promotional material
• Social media graphics
• Email marketing visuals
• Assist with updating website banners, product images, and promotional content.
• Create and edit multimedia content including short videos, animations, and digital adverts.
• Develop AI-assisted creative concepts and designs using modern design tools and platforms.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and current retail campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital publishing.
• Stay updated with current fashion, retail, and design trends.
• Assist with photography editing and content preparation when required.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
