A laboratory in Randburg, Johannesburg, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the fundamentals of dental technology and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication and adjustment of dental prosthetics (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.) using traditional methods
• Preparation and pouring of dental impressions
• Model trimming and articulation
• Waxing, investing, and casting
• Polishing and finishing of dental appliances
• Adhering to lab protocols and maintaining quality control
• Assisting with general laboratory tasks and maintaining a clean, organised workspace

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification or certification in Dental Technology
• HPCSA registration (or eligible to register)
• 1–2 years of experience in a dental laboratory (preferred)
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
