Our client operates in the hospitality space, managing both a restaurant and an event venue environment. The business focuses on delivering high-quality service across daily restaurant operations as well as private and corporate events. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

This is a hands-on management position requiring strong leadership, organisation, and customer engagement.

• Minimum 35 years experience managing restaurant and venue operations
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and venue
• Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
• Oversee the planning and execution of private and corporate events
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional client interaction
• Maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
• Handle staff performance management, scheduling, and general administration
• Ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• 35 years experience in restaurant and venue management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Hands-on management style with strong operational focus
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Experience managing events is advantageous
