ADMINISTRATION CLERK/WILSONIA, EAST LONDON – Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join their team based in the Wilsonia area. The successful candidate must reside close to Wilsonia and have their own reliable transport due to the early starting time.

Monday to Friday 05h00 to 13h00 , Saterday 05h00 to 10h00

Minimum Requirements
  • Reside in or near the Wilsonia area
  • Own reliable transport (essential due to 05h00am start time)
  • Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
  • Cashier clerk experience would be advantageous as well as experience / knowledge in Pallet control (Chep and brown pallet control)
  • Fully experienced in Microsoft Word, and Excel, Data capturing, and Microsoft Outlook e-mails
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
Key Responsibilities
  • Data capturing of sales documents, accurately and timeously
  • General admin work especially sending emails of daily sales to producer
  • Checking Goods received / invoice notes against the stock captured on the computer system
  • Liaising daily with farmers regarding sales and related queries
  • Dispatching documents to Head Office via courier services
  • Recording and managing CHEP pallet movements
  • Maintaining accurate filing and record-keeping systems

Salary: R6,800 per month
