Finance and Insurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Consultation & Sales
- Work with the sales team to offer finance options and aftermarket products.
- Present financing solutions in a clear, professional manner.
- Secure competitive financing terms from financial institutions.
- Aftermarket Product Sales
- Sell value-added products such as extended warranties and insurance.
- Tailor product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Customer Financial Evaluation
- Review and verify credit applications and supporting documents.
- Assess creditworthiness and advise customers on financing options.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to all financial and legal compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and process documentation efficiently.
- CRM & Verification Stages
- Conduct affordability assessments and fraud prevention checks.
- Verify financial documents, ID, and bank details.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure a smooth transition.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric); a relevant degree or diploma in finance/business is preferred.
- FAIS and NCA accreditation.
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive finance and insurance.
- Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Office and dealership platforms (e.g., Signio).
- Capable of managing 60+ vehicle units monthly.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.
