Hotel Human Resources Officer
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the full HR function across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment, onboarding, administration, employee wellness, performance coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and highly organised, with prior HR experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentationProcess payroll inputs and oversee leave and attendance
Assist with training schedules and performance appraisal coordination
Support employee engagement, wellness, and disciplinary processes
Provide HR guidance to managers in line with labour legislation
Compile reports and ensure compliance with internal policies and audits
ðªðµð®ð ðªð²ð¿ð² ðð¼ð¼ð¸ð¶ð»ð´ ðð¼ð¿: HR qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related field
Experience in an HR Officer role within a hospitality or hotel group (essential)Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR systems
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and administrative skills
High emotional intelligence, ethical integrity, and attention to detail
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
