Our client is seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide reception support at their Cape Town premises on an as-needed basis.

This is not a full-time or fixed-hours position. The successful candidate will be contacted when reception support is required and must be available to work at the clients premises in Cape Town.

𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Welcome and assist visitors professionally
Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls
Manage the reception area and visitor access
Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries
Coordinate appointments and meeting rooms
Assist with filing, data capturing and general administration
Provide administrative support when required

Maintain a professional and organised reception area

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Grade 12
Previous receptionist or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Professional telephone manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, organised and customer-focused
Reliable transport to the clients Cape Town premises

Flexible availability and the ability to work at short notice
