This role offers the opportunity to work closely with project teams, contractors, procurement, and senior stakeholders while driving accurate financial management and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project accounting, cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Monitor project expenditure, procurement activities, and compliance with internal controls
- Partner with project teams and stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and accountability
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience within property development, construction, or built environment is essential
- Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, and financial governance
- Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI advantageous
- Detail-oriented, independent, and able to take ownership in a high-pressure environment
- Willingness to travel to Zimbabwe every second month for 35 days
