VIP Manager | iGaming and Online Casino
Location: Century City, Cape Town (onsite/in-office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08h00 17h00)
Remuneration: Market Related (Negotiable)
ROLE PURPOSE:
The role owns the strategy, processes, campaigns, and commercial approach.
Beyond supervision, the role will shape the VIP programmes structure, strategy, and culture as the Company grows.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, proactive, data-driven, and committed to customer protection and compliance in a regulated betting environment. You will lead by example, develop people, identify opportunities, solve problems, and turn VIP data into action.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Customer Relationship Management or a related field would be advantageous
- Experience in VIP management & customer relationship management
- Previous team leadership or management experience is essential
- Proven experience managing commercial KPIs and performance targets
- Strong understanding of Sports Betting and Online Casino products
- Strong commercial understanding of VIP player management
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Experience building or scaling a VIP programme, segmentation and player value modelling | CRM platform experience | Experience developing VIP campaigns and bonus strategies | Strong Excel / reporting / dashboard experience | Understanding of Responsible Gambling principles, AML, KYC & Fraud Risks | Experience working with CRM, Marketing, Payments, Fraud and Compliance teams | Experience within a regulated South African gaming environment
