Are you a dynamic project manager with a passion for driving seamless digital customer experiences? I am partnering with a top-tier CLIENT to find a highly driven and detail-oriented Digital Sales Manager to join their digital division.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of exciting projects across digital sales channels, bringing all relevant stakeholders together to hit delivery deadlines and elevate the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead the entire lifecycle of digital projects, from ideation and requirements gathering to go-live and performance monitoring.
Planning & Scoping: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria collaboratively with stakeholders. Develop detailed plans covering timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
Risk Management: Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, ensuring robust mitigation plans are in place.Channel Execution: Ensure all initiatives adhere to platform best practices, brand guidelines, and CX principles.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact for digital initiatives, facilitating communication between business units, marketing, IT, and external providers. Run regular sprint reviews and workshops to ensure alignment.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs related to project outcomes and deliver post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement based on performance data and customer feedback.
Requirements:
A Bachelor''s degree or higher.
Proven experience managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
A strong track record of managing senior stakeholders, diverse internal teams, and 3rd party suppliers/partners.
Solid exposure to Project Management.
Mandatory: Background in an insurer or financial services company.
