Vacancy: Logistics Planner with Driver Management

Responsibilities:

• Plan Deliveries: Schedule and coordinate nationwide safe deliveries.
• Manage Drivers: Oversee driver recruitment, training, and performance.
• Ensure Safety: Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Optimize Routes: Use data to improve delivery efficiency and minimize costs.
• Communication: Be the main contact for drivers, resolving any issues during deliveries.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance service offerings

Requirements:

• 3 years proven work experience in a similar role
• National senior certificate
• Post-secondary education in relevant field- advantageous
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
• Exhibit strong communication skills in conveying financial information and interacting with colleagues and clients.
• Showcase exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Experience in the safe or ATM business- advantageous
• Prepared to work early morning and late nights
