Senior Financial Accountant (Contract) - Audit & Compliance
We are looking for an immediately available CA(SA) to step into a high-impact contract role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is a hands-on assignment focused on getting the business audit-ready and ensuring all reporting and statutory compliance requirements are up to standard. You'll need to be confident stepping in, taking ownership, and delivering from day one.
Key focus areas:
- Month-end reporting and financial close
- Balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
- Audit preparation and support
- Year-end reporting and AFS support
- Tax and VAT compliance
- Customs-related finance requirements
- Insurance documentation and renewals
- Statutory compliance tracking and follow-up
What we're looking for:
- Qualified CA(SA)
- Immediately available (non-negotiable)
- Strong technical ability across reporting, audit, and compliance
- Comfortable working independently in a deadline-driven environment
- Able to engage with auditors and external stakeholders confidently
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach
This is a contract role where you'll be expected to add value quickly, bring structure to processes, and support a critical period for the finance team.
