What You'll Be Responsible For- Leading multidisciplinary technical and maintenance teams.
- Managing critical infrastructure including HVAC, generators, electrical systems, medical gas installations, water systems, and building services.
- Driving preventative maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle management.
- Overseeing capital projects, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with all engineering, safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Managing budgets, contractors, service providers, and technical risk.
- Supporting operational continuity through strategic planning and technical leadership.

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
