Are you a dynamic High performing and Dynamic Sales Consultant with experience selling Technical products.

Minimum Requirements:

• · Minimum 5 to 10 Years’ solution sales experience of which at least 3 years’ must be from a TES Blue and White-Collar Sales environment
• · Recruitment and Selection experience
• · Must be familiar with the Labour Legislation (BCEA, LRA and Bargaining Councils)

Inherent Requirements:

• New business development experience within various industries such as Manufacturing, Agriculture, Logistics, Warehousing, Petrochemical, and Mining
• Proven successful sales track record of securing new TES business
• Computer literacy: MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate effectively with Clients

Preferred Requirements:

• Willing to work under extreme pressure
• Expand and maintain a robust client database through effective networking
• Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to meet specified targets

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily client meetings in accordance with set targets
• Provide exemplary customer service to enhance opportunities for repeat business
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer queries
• Prepare and present tailored solutions to clients
• Demonstrate effective negotiation skills for rates and service fees
• Generate and follow up on client quotations, ensuring successful closure
• Conduct thorough research on clients before meetings to optimize networking opportunities
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Ensure the attainment of monthly financial goals established by Management
