Sales Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Consultant to join our team in JHB - Clayville

Responsibilities:

• Call on customers to grow sales and meet targets.
• Process orders accurately and follow through to customers.
• Answer product/company questions and understand customer needs.
• Update customer information in the database.
• Liaise with production and dispatch for customer requests.
• Attend sales meetings and collaborate with the Sales team.
• Complete general tasks assigned by Sales Team leader.
• Minimize wastage and maintain a tidy workstation.

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Computer proficiency, especially in MS Office.
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team.
