National Reefer Customer Service Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in Shipping, Logisics or Supply Chain with strong focus on Reefer cargo, temperature-controlled cargo
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience in a Supervisory or Team Leadership role within Customer Service Operations
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain Management, Martime Studies or a related field
- Previous knowledge and experience of PTI (Pre-Trip Inspection) and PPECB requirements
- Strong knowledge of Reefer equipment and temperature-controlled cargo requirements
- Valid Driver's License and own reliable transport require
- Contactable references and payslips required
