Site Electrician
The Site Electrician will be responsible for the day-to-day electrical maintenance and support of clients facilities, ensuring that all electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves routine and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work on both single-phase and 3-phase installations, including DB boards, lighting, power circuits, and associated equipment.
The Site Electrician will respond to breakdowns, manage urgent electrical issues, and support site operations while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Working independently on site, the incumbent will liaise with site management and contractors as needed, keep accurate maintenance records, and play a key role in minimising downtime and ensuring the ongoing reliability of the buildings electrical infrastructure.
Education:
- Qualified Electrician (Trade Test essential)
- 35 years experience as a Site or Maintenance Electrician
- Proven experience working with 3-phase systems
- Valid Wiremans License

- Motor control panels and associated equipment
- Ensure that all electrical work complies with the OHS Act and relevant SANS standards
