Job Description:
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring quality and compliance
- Provide design leadership to deliver innovative engineering solutions
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping to develop their skills and support their growth
- Independently manage multiple projects under the guidance of the Director, ensuring project goals are met
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Travel to project sites and client meetings required
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in project design and site experience in Mechanical engineering
- Expert proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD software
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative approach to working with others
- Drivers license and own vehicle
Qualification:
- BTech / B.Eng / BSC in Mechanical Engineering
- ECSA registered as a Professional Engineer
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
