New Vehicle Sales Executive (Premium)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a personalised, high-touch customer experience aligned with a premium automotive brand.
- Understand and anticipate the unique needs of luxury vehicle buyers.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives tailored to individual client preferences.
- Guide clients through the entire sales journey, from initial consultation to vehicle handover.
- Prepare and present quotations, finance options, and trade-in evaluations.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership and brand standards.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain regular communication with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
- Handle any concerns or queries with discretion, professionalism, and urgency.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product range, including features, specifications, and innovations.
- Attend brand training, product launches, and events to stay current with new models and technologies.
- Represent the dealership and brand at luxury events, launches, and client functions when required.
- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Work closely with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless and premium customer experience.
- Support dealership marketing initiatives and participate in showroom events and promotions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a high-end customer service environment.
- Candidates from the luxury hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, airlines, concierge services) are encouraged to apply.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport.
