Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring development efforts focus on the highest-value initiatives
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful product delivery
• Translate business requirements and customer needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder engagement throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyse product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions and enhancements
• Balance customer experience, business value, and technical feasibility when prioritising features and improvements
• Drive continuous product optimisation, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with strategic goals

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum 3+ years of Product Ownership experience in Agile environments
• Minimum 3+ years working within Scrum teams, managing sprint delivery and backlog refinement
• Proven experience prioritising and owning complex product backlogs
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements
• Strong stakeholder management across business, product, and technology teams
• Experience defining product roadmaps and aligning delivery to strategic objectives
• Data-driven approach to product decisions, optimisation, and feature prioritisation
• Track record of delivering customer-centric digital products and enhancements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, QA, and Business stakeholders
