What’s on Offer?- Salary: R7,845.00 Gross PM
- Status: Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period
- Benefits (Post-Probation): MICFA Provident Fund (7.5% employee / 8% employer contribution) + Prorated December Annual Bonus
- Leave: 18 days paid annual leave per annum
- Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Overtime paid per MIBCO regulations)
- Order Dispatch & Delivery: Safely transport and deliver automotive parts and components to workshops and clients within designated areas.
- Route Planning & Efficiency: Plan delivery routes effectively to ensure timely distribution while maintaining fuel efficiency and road safety.
- Verification & Documentation: Double-check delivery items against invoices/delivery notes before departure and obtain proper customer signoffs.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Care: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the company motorbike (oil, tyres, brakes) and keep the vehicle clean.
- Logistics Support: Assist the warehouse team with loading, securing cargo, and sorting delivery batches when not out on the road.

Minimum Requirements & Legal Qualifications:
- Licencing: Valid, unendorsed South African CODE A DRIVER'S LICENCE IS STRICTLY REQUIRED.
- Essential Experience: Previous commercial motorbike delivery or courier experience in any industry is strictly required (automotive or logistics sector experience is a distinct advantage).
- Skills & Education: Matric certificate (highly advantageous), basic computer literacy, and the ability to navigate routes efficiently using maps or GPS.
- Track Record: High reliability, punctuality, strong road safety awareness, and a stable history with contactable references.
Strict Legal Requirements & Assessments (Non-Negotiable):
Background screening will be conducted. Candidates must have:
- South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ID).
- Clear criminal record (under no circumstances will candidates with a record be considered).
- Ability to undergo a psychometric/personality assessment during the interview stage.
