Key Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional level of customer service to current and prospective clients.
- Handle parts sales seamlessly across multiple platforms, including over-the-counter, online, and telesales.
- Assist customers in understanding product offerings and accurately identify the right solutions for their vehicle needs.
- Drive sales and renewals to consistently meet and exceed branch targets.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction to build long-term loyalty.
- Experience: Proven experience in Automotive Spare Parts Sales is essential.
- Knowledge: Extensive and deep knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
- Traits: High energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Work History: A stable employment track record with minimal gaps.
- References: Must be able to supply contactable references for verification.
