Maintenance Manager - Expat (Nigeria)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, and maintenance activities across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance systems to maximise uptime and asset reliability.
- Manage breakdown response, fault diagnosis, and technical troubleshooting across all operational assets.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams across multiple construction and operational sites.
- Oversee workshop operations, maintenance planning, spare parts control, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure optimal performance and lifecycle management of all equipment and infrastructure.
- Prepare maintenance reports, performance updates, and recommendations for senior management.
- Support mobilisation of new projects, equipment installations, and site expansions.
- Train, mentor, and develop local mechanics and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance best practices.
- Minimum 10 years experience in, construction, industrial mining, etc. environments.
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, Engineering Supervisor, or similar senior technical role with experience implementing preventative and breakdown maintenance systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Diesel engines
- Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatics, auto electrical, and Electromechanical systems.
- Pumps, compressors, and conveyors
- Mobile and fixed plant maintenance
- Concrete batch plants and equipment.
- Previous work experience in Africa, the Middle East, or remote and challenging operational environments is highly advantageous.
- Valid international drivers license.
- Valid passport with expiry beyond 2028.
- Clear criminal record.
