Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer invoicing.
- Supplier invoice processing.
- Customer and supplier account reconciliations.
- Communicate with suppliers.
- Loading bank payment batches and pulling POPs.
- HR admin filing, retrieving documents.
- Maintain organised electronic and paper filing systems for procurement documents.
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping Certificate; tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel critical).
- Experience with Pastel/Sage Evolution advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must live within the Helderberg basin.
- Must be fluent in English and understand Afrikaans.
