Seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales in Temporary Employment Services (TES) and Functional Outsourcing within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure new business in manufacturing, logistics, and related industries.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry connections.
- Sell TES solutions for blue-collar and technical roles.
- Identify opportunities for full-service functional outsourcing.
- Analyse market trends to outperform competitors.
- Build strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in business development (TES, outsourcing, staffing).
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (HR/Labour Relations a plus).
- Established industry network and strong sales skills.
- Knowledge of competitors and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, with own reliable vehicle.
