Business Development Executive (TES & Functional Outsourcing) - Somerset West

Seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales in Temporary Employment Services (TES) and Functional Outsourcing within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new business in manufacturing, logistics, and related industries.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and industry connections.
• Sell TES solutions for blue-collar and technical roles.
• Identify opportunities for full-service functional outsourcing.
• Analyse market trends to outperform competitors.
• Build strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in business development (TES, outsourcing, staffing).
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (HR/Labour Relations a plus).
• Established industry network and strong sales skills.
• Knowledge of competitors and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, with own reliable vehicle.
