Warehouse Manager

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Control inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock takes
• Always apply FIFO / FEFO principles
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve stock variances and discrepancies
• Capture and manage all stock movements accurately on ERP systems
• Generate basic stock, ageing, and operational reports
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
• Allocate daily tasks and manage workload planning
• Enforce SOPs, discipline, and labour compliance
• Ensure compliance with OHS Act requirements and safety standards
• Maintain housekeeping, safe storage, and material handling practices
• Support audits, improve warehouse layout and workflow
• Minimise damage, waste, and operational delays

• Matric (Grade 12) Essential
• 35 years experience in warehouse control or supervision
• Manufacturing or packaging industry experience
• Strong ERP system experience (SAP, Sage, Syspro, Oracle, or similar)
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Stock accuracy and variance control
• On-time dispatch and order fulfilment
• ERP data accuracy
• Warehouse productivity and efficiency
• Health and safety compliance
