- Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms), customs regulations, and freight procedures
- Understanding of import/export documentation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills for client and partner interactions
- Knowledge of South African customs regulations and international trade agreements
