Parts Sales Support
A growing international automotive brand is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Sales Support Specialist to join its Head Office team in Pretoria.
The successful candidate will support the national dealer network by processing parts orders, managing invoicing, assisting with parts identification and resolving parts-related queries. This position plays an important role in ensuring efficient aftersales operations and delivering a high standard of service to dealers across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to dealers regarding parts enquiries, orders and invoicing.
- Process and monitor dealer parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist dealers with Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) navigation.
- Interpret parts catalogues and ensure accurate parts identification.
- Provide technical parts information and guidance to the dealer network.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve stock, order and invoicing discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and communicate relevant updates to dealers.
- Maintain accurate records of parts orders and dealer enquiries.
- Support the continuous improvement of parts ordering and dealer-support processes.
- Deliver professional and customer-focused service to the national dealer network.
- A minimum of five years experience in automotive parts sales or parts support.
- Experience within an automotive OEM or franchised dealer network is essential.
- Strong understanding of EPC systems and parts catalogue interpretation.
- Sound automotive parts and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
