This is a permanent opportunity for a highly organised, commercially astute leader to take full responsibility for operations, sales and performance.
ð¨ Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, or a relevant technical field
- Proven leadership experience in an industrial/technical sales or storage solutions environment
- Experience overseeing multiple departments (Sales, Admin, Accounts, and Warehouse)
- Strong financial and commercial understanding (budgets, forecasting, debtors/creditors, etc.)
âï¸ Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong experience in HR and team leadership across sales and operational departments
- Sales and marketing management with a track record of hitting targets
- Solid understanding of logistics, warehousing and stock control
- Familiarity with project management and sales forecasting
- Experience with customer and supplier relationship management
- Financial oversight: Managing age analysis, invoicing, budgeting and purchase orders
- Ability to train staff on products and procedures and hold the team accountable to performance standards
- Proactive mindset and ability to report and communicate effectively to the Managing Director
