- Minimum Requirements:
- • Minimum 3–5 years’ supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and workflows.
- Experience working shifts in a factory environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production and factory operations.
- Lead and motivate production staff.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency.
