Vehicle Stock Controller

• Manage and maintain accurate records of all new vehicle stock
• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory at all times
• Capture vehicle details on the system (e.g., VIN numbers, engine numbers, specifications)
• Reconcile stock between physical vehicles and system records
• Liaise with sales, finance, and logistics departments regarding vehicle movements
• Track incoming and outgoing vehicles, including transfers between branches
• Ensure all vehicles are invoiced correctly and timeously
• Prepare stock reports for management
• Assist with vehicle audits and month-end procedures
• Ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and processes
• Monitor vehicle aging and report slow-moving stock

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or administration (advantageous)
• Minimum 24 years experience in a similar stock control role within the automotive industry
• Experience working with dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, Evolve, or Pinnacle)
• Strong understanding of vehicle stock processes and invoicing
