We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and operational support within the Office of the Director-General.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support and manage ODG workflow processes
- Oversee document and information management
- Manage office suppliers, equipment, and assets
- Support financial management and reporting
- National Diploma/Degree (NQF 6) in Office/Public Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in office administration
- Knowledge of Government processes, PFMA, and departmental procedures
- Strong organisational, communication, and report writing skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Financial management skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Works independently while remaining consultative
- Client-focused and able to work with diverse stakeholder
