We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative and operational support within the Office of the Director-General.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support and manage ODG workflow processes
  • Oversee document and information management
  • Manage office suppliers, equipment, and assets
  • Support financial management and reporting
Requirements
  • National Diploma/Degree (NQF 6) in Office/Public Administration, Business Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in office administration
  • Knowledge of Government processes, PFMA, and departmental procedures

  • Strong organisational, communication, and report writing skills
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Financial management skills
