Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures across operations
- Assist with financial planning, variance analysis, and reporting to management
- Support stock, inventory, and manufacturing cost analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and reporting standards
- Collaborate with operational departments to improve efficiencies and profitability
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Management Accountant role
- Industry experience within Manufacturing, Mining, or FMCG is highly preferred
- Experience working within an operational or plant-based environment will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- ERP system experience will be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow within the business
- Ability to work on-site and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
