An excellent opportunity is available for a seasoned Group Management Accountant to take ownership of management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and team leadership within a well-established organisation.
This role offers broad exposure to group-level reporting and strategic finance while leading a finance team and supporting senior management with key commercial decisions. The successful candidate will enjoy a high level of autonomy and influence within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review group management accounts
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Perform variance analysis and financial performance reviews
- Manage and develop finance team members
- Support strategic decision-making through financial insights
Education:
- BCom Degree
- CIMA (studying/completed) or CA(SA) advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years' finance experience
- Team management experience essential
- Engineering or related industry experience advantageous
Skills:
