Bookkeeper and Administrative Manager

Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Maintain accurate financial records and oversee bookkeeping tasks
Manage the full accounting cycle through to trial balanceHandle accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank accounts and corporate credit cards
Carry out month-end closing activities and reconciliations
Place purchase orders with overseas suppliers and manage stock procurement
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed
Source freight quotations from logistics providers
Organize import shipments and manage clearance documentation
Communicate with freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure smooth delivery
Skills & Experience: Advance Excel skills
Matric
Qualification: Minimum 3- 5 years of bookkeeping experience
