Administrative Assistant (Legal Practice Support)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Personal Assistant and legal staff handling RAF and medical negligence matters.
- Prepare, scan, file, and organise client documents and court papers (both electronic and physical filing).
- Assist with the opening, updating, and closing of client files on the system.
- Liaise with clients, service providers, and third parties where required.
- Schedule appointments, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding documents.
- Capture data and update internal records and spreadsheets.
- Assist with general office administration, including reception relief, when required.
- Grade 12 / Matric essential.
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Experience in RAF or litigation practice will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
