Administrative Assistant to Financial Adviser/Planner
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support a team of Financial Advisers/Planners. The successful candidate will be responsible for a set portfolio of clients and will handle daily administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Processing new and existing business for investments, risk business, medical aid, trusts, and estates.
- Monitoring activities related to client reviews and requests.
- Managing the broker''s diary and liaising with clients and insurance companies.
- Assisting with deceased estates and trust administration.
Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (read, write, verbal).
- Own transport is required.
- Knowledge of legislation compliance (FICA/FAIS/POPIA/TCF) is a must.
- Extensive experience with at least two of the following Investment Platforms: Ninety-One, Allan Gray, and Glacier.
- Extensive experience with at least two of the following Life Insurance Platforms: Discovery, Momentum, and Sanlam.
