Sales representative

Job Brief

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This person should preferably reside in the Nelspruit area, as this would be central to their geographical sales region. They will be responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

• Marketing and selling of Products and services to existing and potential customers in the Mpumalanga specifically the Lowveld region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers end users and resellers.
• Filling out of Call Reports and, on occasion, delivery of products and services to the customer.
• Reporting non-conforming products, services, and customer complaints to management.
• Providing feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
• Determining the degree of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail stores in the region.

• Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool market or similar.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in the retail sector managing DIY and Industrial retail stores.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Great attention to detail. Committed and reliable.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
